Bountiful STEEM Educational Center (BSEC) is a new institution for pre-tertiary and post-secondary STEEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship and Mathematics) education designed to offer a high quality, cost-effective education to students. The primary purpose for BSEC is to provide students with a technology education that will prepare students for immediate entry into the workplace and college readiness.
This program helps student develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills which is much needed in solving problem in Ghana and Africa at large. BSEC will also offer students training to create their own technology venture offering them the opportunity to become entrepreneurs.
Founded by a broad coalition of Ghanaian IT leaders and US educators with substantial and varied experience in pre-tertiary and higher STEEM education, BSEC is an institution of learning with a hands-on emphasis in experimental learn and a rich student-life experience with career advisory, mentoring and job placement services

Ms. Selina Aboagyewaa Appiah
holds an Associate’s degree in Health Care Administration with minor in Early Childhood development from Brigham Young University, Idaho, USA. Selina is providing support for the STEEM program and has taken responsibility for school administrators, parental and community involvement.
Teachers Development Director
was born and raised in England. She received her BSc (Hon) Degree in Applied Chemistry from the Montfort University in Leicester, England. Over the last 15 years, Mrs. McFarlane has worked in several industries including Banking and Finance and Hospitality. Prior to her current role, she was a school teacher at Wellington Collegiate Academy, in addition to being a school teacher; she works as a tutor to assist students and has tremendous experience in executing the STEM program (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) in Palm Beach Florida. Currently, she oversees the Learning and Development division for G4S Retail Solutions (USA) Inc. in their corporate office located in Jupiter, Florida. She brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in Learning and Educational Development. In her spare time, she enjoys learning about health and wellness and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She lives in Royal Palm Beach, Florida with her husband and four children.
Director of STEEM Curricular Development
was born and raised in England. She received her Master of Information Technology from the University of East London, BSc (Honor), Business, Bournemouth University and now pursuing Dectorate of Education, Instructional Design, Performance and Technology. Coordinate projects and operations for a large digital transformation department, reporting to the AVP of Digital Transformation. Manage the budget for conferences and speaking engagements. Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional working relations and communication with customers. project sponsors, service providers and outside contacts. Responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination within project teams.
Mr. Stephen Arhin
Finance and Administration Manager
Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from Central University, Ghana. He is also a student at the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants. Stephen has an extensive experience in managing organization finance and develop effective controls process using international best accounting and finance practices.
Mrs. Martha Mensah
Monitoring and Evaluation Director
Martha holds a master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from University of Education, Winneba, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Methodist University College, a Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast and a Teacher’s Certificate A from Fosu Training College, Assin Fosu. Martha has several years of working with students at all levels and will be responsible for coordinating participation with classroom teachers, students’ assessments, program quality assurance and evaluation.
